Crooze Rewards

What is Crooze Rewards?

It is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals, purchases and on special dates, such as your birthday. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

How can I join?

Simply create an account in our store. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To track your current points, just click on the "Crooze Rewards" floating button on the bottom left corner of the screen, then click on the Earn Points tab in the menu.

Here's a list of how you can earn points!*

  • Make a purchase: 1 point per $1 spent
  • Leave a review: Up to 300 points per review
  • Visit the website: 25 points (once a week!)
  • Follow us on Twitter: 50 points
  • Follow us on Instagram: 50 points
  • Sign up to our mailing list: 50 points
  • Refer a friend: you get 500 points per friend; your friends get 5% off on their first order with us

Earn points when you review a product:

You don't necessarily have to purchase from us – If you already own or have used the product for enough time, write your honest review and earn points! **

  • Write a review: 100 points
  • Use social login to write a review: 50 points
  • Submit a photo with your review: 100 extra points
  • Submit a video with your review: 100 extra points
  • Maximum points per review: 300 points.

In order to receive the points, make sure to follow the instructions on the Crooze Rewards panel (click on the floating button on the bottom left corner to open).

How do I view my point balance?

Your current points are displayed on the "Crooze Rewards" floating button on the bottom left corner of the screen, on every page of the website.

How do I redeem my points?

Simply open the "Crooze Rewards" Panel (floating button on the bottom left of the screen), then select the tab called Redeem Points. There you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Our current rewards and points needed to redeem are listed below.

  • $5 Discount: 500 points
  • $10 Discount: 1000 points
  • $25 Discount: 2500 points
  • $50 Discount: 5000 points

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Absolutely not! Go ahead and earn as many points as you can.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Unfortunately, your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. If you have any trouble with this, please send us an email to help@crooze.com.au, informing your email address (same used to register to our site) and order number. Please note that our staff never asks for your password.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. However, if waited for a while and nothing happened, please send us an email to help@crooze.com.au, informing your email address (same used to register to our site) and order number. Please note that our staff never asks for your password.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly – please redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us at help@crooze.com.au and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
