605 LLB - ABEC-3 Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 5 x 14 x 5mm
This radial bearing serves as both a pedal and pivot bearing, commonly found in older full-suspension bikes such as the Kona Stinky, GT RTS, and selected models from Trek and Scott. However, the MAX-type (full-complement) variation of this bearing is more suitable for suspension applications. Constructed with 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races and Grade 10 Balls, this ABEC-3 radial bearing is filled with 90% Mobil XHP 222 high-pressure, water-proof grease.
Within the Enduro range, these bearings are available in various materials, including high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. They're meticulously engineered with the deepest possible groove races to accommodate larger balls and incorporate dual-lip seals riding in micro-grooves, creating a comprehensive labyrinth. This design ensures superior protection against environmental elements, enhancing longevity and reliability.
