Terms and Conditions for the Mystery Prize Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

    • The Mystery Prize Giveaway is open to all customers who purchase a $1 Mystery Prize Ticket on Crooze.com.au.
    • Must be an Australian resident.

  2. Entry:

    • Each $1 Mystery Prize Ticket purchased on Crooze.com.au qualifies as one entry into the monthly draw.
    • There is no limit to the number of tickets a customer can purchase within a given month (after the 29th of that given month and up to the 29th of the next month).

  3. Draw Date:

    • The prize draw will take place on the 29th of each month.

  1. Winner Notification:

    • The entrant Names will be placed within an online government compliant random draw system to draw the winner.
    • A winner will be contacted on the 29th of each month via the order details stated at the time of ticket/s purchase.
    • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Crooze.com.au reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

  2. Prize:

    • The prize will be a mystery item, to be revealed to the winner upon notification.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    • Tickets are non-refundable
    • The prize is subject to availability, and Crooze.com.au reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  3. General Conditions:

    • By entering the $1 Mystery Prize Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • Crooze.com.au reserves the right to amend the giveaway terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the giveaway or terms and conditions will be posted on the Crooze.com.au website.

  4. Liability:

    • Crooze.com.au will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting any prize.

  5. Privacy:

    • Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

By purchasing a $1 Mystery Prize Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
