Crooze offers the best prices on a massive range of bikes, scooters, parts and accessories.
If you would like to return part of, or all of your order, then we can supply a store credit or refund as long as the item/s are in 100% sellable condition (i.e; returned in undamaged packaging, brand new condition). Returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Crooze reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item/s are not in sellable condition, or if they are returned after the 30 day period.
If you would like to make a return, please fill out our returns form linked below. Once completed, please print it out and pack with your order, and return it to the provided address.

We will replace items if the item has a major defect subject to
manufacturers approval. If the item does not have a major defect we will opt to repair the item within a reasonable time as per the product
warranty.

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the
manufacturer, generally 12 months. In addition, they come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You are entitled to have the goods repaired if the product fails.
- The goods need to be returned to our store at your expense.

All warranty enquiries regarding products faulty upon delivery or missing parts must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If your claim is made outside these guidelines, we will not be able to accept your request.

Returns are generally processed on Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9am-4pm.
