What protective gear is used in cycling?

The most important cycle gear to wear when riding is a helmet. The rest depends on the riding conditions, preference and what type of riding style you do.

If it is a sunny and warm day, a bike t-shirt and shorts are enough. While if the conditions are worse, rain and wind, we recommend wearing a long sleeve jersey, pants and jacket.

What protection should you wear mountain biking?
