Our best-selling helmet for young children is now even better. Featuring a completely redesigned outer shell and updated features, the Smiley 3.0 marks the beginning of a new generation of kids' helmets.

This popular children's helmet is designed to support little riders through their first cycling adventures, whether on a balance bike, tricycle, or their first bicycle. Its deep-fitting design and visor-style front section provide enhanced protection for a child's head. The height-adjustable fitting system allows the helmet to be easily customised to the child's head size, with adjustments available both around the circumference and at the rear.

The adjustable system also benefits children with longer hair by creating extra room for a ponytail, helping to prevent discomfort caused by pressure from the adjustment dial. A thick chin pad further improves comfort, making the helmet pleasant to wear throughout every ride.

With 16 different designs available, choosing a favourite Smiley 3.0 may be the hardest part. The range includes both colourful, child-friendly graphics and classic solid-colour options. With so many styles to choose from, every child can find a helmet they'll enjoy wearing.

• Ponytail Fit: thanks to the opening in the height-adjustable adjustment system the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails buns or braids

• Comfort Pads: soft padded inserts for optimum comfort attached to the helmet with Velcro
• Removable, washable pads: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
• Push-in buckle: for safe and practical handling the straps are fitted with a classic chin lock (three-pronged connection) for opening and closing
• In-mould process: production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) – this creates a durable and robust connection.
