Buyer beware: Unresolved shipping error & total ghosting.
Timeline: Today is 26 July 2026 (39 days since the order date on Wednesday, 17 June).
Fulfilment Error: CROOZE took an unreasonably long time to process the order and then sent the item using an incompatible courier that cannot deliver to the postal address provided (Australia Post Parcel Collect).
Communication Breakdown: Instead of resolving their shipping error, CROOZE completely stopped communicating at the exact point they should have taken ownership.
Outcome: Still no handlebars, no refund, and zero customer support after 39 days since the order was placed.
Extremely disappointed. Save yourself the stress and buy from a store that stands behind their shipping process.
