The Burley Dash FM accommodates diverse bike geometries through dual rail configurations—standard and extended options—broadening its application across various frame designs. This thoughtful engineering ensures compatibility with most modern bicycles, eliminating guesswork when selecting the right fitment for your setup. Refer to the Dash FM Compatibility video to identify which rail option suits your bike's specifications, guaranteeing a secure, properly-aligned installation that maximises both safety and comfort for your young passenger.
The Dash FM must only be mounted to bicycles with the following frame characteristics:
- Tube Shape: Round or Oval
- Tubing Diameter: 1.10 - 1.57 in (28 - 40 mm)
- Minimum Seat Tube Length: 4.1 in (105 mm)
The Dash FM is NOT compatible with:
- Full Suspension Bicycles
- Motorized Vehicles (E-Bikes OK)
- Bicycles with triangular or square shape tubes
- Bicycles with carbon fiber frames
Other Compatibility Notes:
- Must only be mounted to bicycles with wheel diameters of either: 26”, 650B/27.5”, 700C, or 29”
- This Bicycle Seat is compatible with E-Bikes, as long as the requirements listed above are met
