The role of the chain in cycling is fundamental, contributing significantly to safety and optimizing the entire transmission system. The redesigned Super Record chain underwent crucial modifications to synchronize seamlessly with the new transmission components. Shrinking the chain's width to 5.15 millimetres, achieved through aligned pins with the links' external surface, was a primary objective.
Another crucial aim was ensuring sustained performance, achieved through the Ultra-link system, enhancing chain longevity and safety, complemented by a specialized treatment ensuring exceptional smoothness and precise shifting.
The Super Record™ chain is available with two fastening options: the traditional Campagnolo pin or the innovative C-Link™, offering simplified removal and cleaning. Both versions maintain equal resilience and effectiveness, employing identical materials and manufacturing processes to cater to diverse usage requirements.
