The elastomer's relative stiffness is indicated by the number of dots marked on it. The Thudbuster ST includes Soft, Medium, and Firm elastomers in the package, with the Medium elastomer pre-installed.

Soft (included) - 2 Dots - Rider weight 100lbs - 150lbs
Medium (installed from factory) - 3 Dots - Rider weight 150lbs - 200lbs
Firm (included) - 4 Dots - Rider weight 200lbs to 250lbs
Extra Firm - 5 Dots - Rider weight 250lbs to 330lbs
