To create the ideal trail bar, we targeted lower rise options of 15mm and 25mm paired with a stable 800mm width, delivering a more efficient and aggressive riding position. Built around an oversized 35mm bore platform, the design evenly distributes load across the full width while keeping overall weight low without sacrificing strength.
This is where DEITY’s proprietary Gradient Butting Technology comes into play. By removing excess material in low-stress areas and reinforcing high-stress zones, we reduce the harsh stiffness often found in other 35mm handlebars while improving long-term strength and durability. The result is a refined, confidence-inspiring handlebar that lets you focus on the ride, become one with your bike, and keep chasing your next adventure.
