Designed for versatility across any terrain and weather, this ultra-light 14" bike is built to support children aged 3-5 in developing pedal skills with ease. Ideal for young adventurers who enjoy exploring trails.

Meet the Seeker 14

The Seeker 14 is a lightweight 14" adventure bike engineered to help children from age 3 confidently master pedaling and tackle trails. It features a rust-resistant Gates Carbon Belt Drive for durability and low maintenance. Its carefully designed geometry improves control and comfort, while the sturdy 5.6kg aluminum frame provides strength and efficiency. Equipped with durable, trail-ready wheels, knobby 2.25" tires, and age-appropriate Tektro V-brakes, this bike delivers a balanced blend of safety and performance.

A no rust, no fuss carbon drive train

The Gates Carbon Belt drive is an exceptional component that replaces the conventional steel chain and cassette with a durable, stretch-resistant, and exceptionally clean drivetrain. It’s simple to maintain, nearly maintenance-free, and designed to last up to 20,000 km. Combined with a premium cassette hub and sealed cartridge bearings, it ensures optimal performance in all weather and terrain conditions.

Geometry to get kids moving

The Seeker 14 is designed for riders who prioritize all-terrain capability and understand the impact of precise geometry on bike handling, especially for children. Its handlebar is positioned to balance comfort with the leverage necessary for effective uphill pedaling. The short rear stays create a compact wheelbase, improving agility for tight turns and obstacle navigation. Featuring a relaxed head angle for smooth obstacle rollovers and balanced stack and reach, this geometry helps young riders maintain a low center of gravity, ensuring stable control on wet and technical descents.

Super lightweight aluminium, beautifully crafted to last for years

Our bikes are constructed from 6061-grade aluminum, an outstanding material known for its strength, light weight, and weather resistance. Its robustness ensures durability, while its responsiveness efficiently transfers pedal power to the wheels. This means young riders can pedal more effectively and for longer periods, allowing them to extend practice sessions before fatigue sets in.

Wheely great wheels

A high-quality bike demands equally well-designed wheels. Poor wheels—whether heavy, weak, or unresponsive—can make pedaling tiring and diminish the riding experience. The Seeker features shock-absorbing aluminum rims, a compact yet powerful cassette hub, and 20 spokes to ensure strength and rigidity. Efficient power transfer isn’t exclusive to professionals; it helps young riders pedal more efficiently, reducing fatigue and keeping them comfortable for longer rides.

Tyres that keep them on track

For true adventure, the Seeker is equipped with substantial 2.25" knobbly tires designed to handle mud, berms, ruts, and roots with confidence. The increased tire volume provides greater air capacity, enhancing cushioning for improved safety, control, and comfort. This combination not only boosts traction but also makes every ride more enjoyable and secure.

Light, powerful brakes they can trust

Performance-focused bikes require responsive and lightweight braking systems to ensure confident stopping matches the thrill of riding. The Seeker features powerful, age-appropriate Tektro V-brakes with ultra-short reach levers and light-pull activation, designed for even the smallest hands. The brakes deliver smooth, responsive feedback, teaching young riders the feel of controlled stopping from the outset. Constructed entirely from aluminum, the levers are durable enough to withstand inevitable drops, safeguarding brake integrity.

Touchpoints that elevate control

Each contact point on the Seeker—from handlebars and saddle to pedals and grips—is anatomically tailored for very small riders. Partnering for over a decade with Ritchey Logic, a leader in component design for more than 50 years, we’ve developed some of the finest age-specific components available on children's bikes.
