This 1-1/8 Drop-In, Internal Headset Bearing showcases 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races matched with grade 10 Balls containing a 90% fill of high-pressure, water-proof grease.

This particular bearing size serves exclusively as a direct substitute for select Pinarello bikes.

In the Enduro line, the range of angular-contact headset bearings begins with races made of Black Oxide treated chromium Steel, then progresses to complete 440C stainless steel, and culminates in the top-tier XD-15 aerospace-stainless (with both races and balls) guaranteed for a lifetime. These bearings are consistently crafted with the largest possible balls and are equipped with dual-lip seals that operate within a micro-groove (labyrinth). Filled to 90% capacity with high-pressure waterproof grease, they offer utmost protection against sweat and environmental elements. Additionally, the Enduro Angular Contact (A/C) bearings are engineered to ensure even engagement of all balls, effectively distributing force across a wider surface area. This design minimizes friction, reduces wear, and maximizes the bearing's lifespan.
