6902 LLU MAX-E - MAX-Design, Extended Inner Race, ABEC-3, Radial Suspension Bearing - 15 x 28 x 7/10mm

More than two decades ago, Enduro bearings led the innovation of MAX-type bearings specifically designed for bicycles, aimed at resolving the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. These MAX-type bearings boast an impressive 35-40% higher load capacity than standard radial bearings due to a unique design that maximizes the number of balls inserted into the bearing. This additional ball count, paired with deep race grooves, offers enhanced lateral support, effectively managing the twisting and multi-directional forces typically encountered in mountain bike pivots.

The ABEC-3 bearing in this series showcases deep-groove design races, Grade 10 balls, and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals, ensuring maximum defence against environmental elements while maintaining a 90% fill of Almagard extra high-pressure grease inside. Furthermore, this bearing features an extended inner race, eliminating the necessity for additional spacers to connect suspension linkages.

Esteemed bicycle brands like Yeti have integrated this bearing as a crucial component in their suspension pivot systems.

Enduro's extensive range of bearings includes variants in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15, offering options with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are consistently engineered with the deepest possible groove races to accommodate larger balls and incorporate dual-lip seal gliding within micro-grooves, establishing a complete labyrinth for superior protection against environmental elements.
