An angular-contact headset bearing is equipped with Black Oxide/Magnetite coated 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races along with grade 10 Balls, ensuring an added layer of corrosion resistance and prolonged, reliable performance.

In the Enduro lineup of angular-contact headset bearings, they commence with Chromium Steel races treated with Black Oxide, advance to complete 440C stainless steel and culminate in the top-tier XD-15 aerospace-stainless (comprising both races and balls) with a lifetime guarantee. These bearings are consistently designed with the maximum-sized balls feasible, incorporating dual-lip seals travelling within a micro-groove (labyrinth). They are filled to a 90% capacity with high-pressure waterproof grease, providing the utmost defence against sweat and various environmental elements. Enduro Angular Contact (A/C) bearings are meticulously crafted to ensure even engagement of all balls, distributing force over a broader surface area, thereby reducing wear and extending the bearing's longevity.
