This press-in solution allows BB30-style cranks to fit directly into a BB86/92 frameset. With a tight 41mm inner diameter of the BB86/92 bottom bracket shell, a specialized design is required to accommodate a 30mm BB spindle. By using flanged double-row bearings pressed directly into the BB shell, contact area is maximized by doubling the number of balls per side, providing a durable and long-lasting solution in a compact space.
The complete bottom bracket features flanged, double-row bearings with anti-corrosion Black Oxide/Magnetite treated 52100 high-carbon chromium steel races paired with Grade 10 balls. The Black Oxide coating adds extra corrosion resistance and ensures extended, worry-free performance. The kit also includes seals to protect the bearings from the elements and a selection of spacers to precisely adjust your chainline.
