Enduro’s premium bottom bracket system features XD-15 45-degree Angular Contact bearings set into precisely machined aluminum cups that thread directly into the bottom bracket shell. Manufactured in California to the highest standards, these XD-15 bearings use corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races paired with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, delivering exceptional performance. This threaded design offers a seamless fit for Shimano 24mm cranks in BSA bottom bracket shells, ensuring reliability and smooth operation.
The standout feature of Enduro XD-15 bearings is their unique ability to improve with use. Unlike other ceramic-hybrid bearings that may lose efficiency over time, these bearings’ balls progressively smooth the races as they wear in. This means they not only offer immediate speed and power benefits from day one but also become faster and smoother with continued riding, setting them apart from competitors that tend to slow down with use.

Our lineup includes threaded options for BSA, BSA 30, Italian, and the sturdy T47 systems. For press-fit applications, we developed the widely imitated thread-together Torqtite options alongside press-fit Delrin cups. Additionally, we provide flanged, double-row bearings designed for 30mm cranksets in BB86 shells, ensuring precise compatibility across multiple setups.
