Enduro Bearings’ XD-15 Pro bottom brackets feature XD-15 15° Angular Contact cartridge bearings pressed into precision-machined aluminum T47 cups that thread directly into the BB shell. Built using the same XD-15 steel as the XD-15 Corsa bearing, these Pro bearings offer sealed 15° angular contact in a standard-sized cartridge. Deep-groove raceways accommodate maximum-sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, increasing contact area for improved performance and longevity. Enduro XD-15 bottom brackets are manufactured to the highest standards at Enduro Bearings’ California facility, combining corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Grade 3 Si₃N₄ ceramic balls in a proprietary process for ultimate high-performance bearings.

Unlike other ceramic-hybrid bearings, XD-15 bearings improve with use—the balls smooth the races over time, making them even faster and more efficient. Enduro offers over 50 bottom bracket solutions for a wide variety of shell and crankset combinations across multiple price and performance levels. Threaded options include BSA, BSA30, Italian, and T47 systems. Press-fit options include the widely imitated TorqTite threaded press-fit bottom brackets, Delrin cup press-fit solutions, and flanged double-row bearings for 30mm cranksets in BB86 shells.
