Enduro’s top-of-the-line bottom bracket bearing kit combines XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid ABEC-5 bearings with all the necessary seals and spacers for a precise, professional installation.
Exclusively from Enduro Bearings, the XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings feature corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races paired with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls in a proprietary process, delivering the ultimate high-performance bearing setup. Deep-groove raceways allow for maximum-sized ceramic balls, increasing contact area for improved performance and longevity. Packed 90% with Kluber NBU52 grease, these bearings run smoother over time and resist being washed out, with the grease continually pulled into the ball path where it’s needed.
The most remarkable feature of XD-15 bearings is that they improve with use. As the bearings wear in, the balls polish the races, making them even faster and smoother. Unlike other ceramic-hybrid bearings that may lose efficiency, Enduro XD-15 bearings maintain their initial speed and power while becoming more efficient with continued use.
For easiest installation and removal of this bearing kit, Enduro recommends the BRT-003 24mm x 37mm bearing tool, which allows quick, precise bearing removal and installation with just a few twists.
Enduro’s full bearing line includes high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 options with ceramic or stainless balls. All bearings are engineered with the deepest groove races possible to fit the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove to form a full labyrinth, offering superior protection against dirt, water, and the elements.
