Crafted from Black Delrin® with precise machining, these derailleur pulleys incorporate Zero, Black-Oxide treated, Ceramic-Hybrid Radial Bearings that optimize shifting efficiency and durability. Engineered for high performance, the upper pulley uses CN (tight clearance) bearings to enhance shifting precision, while the lower pulley employs C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate natural chain-line movement.
Constructed from 500 AF Delrin® infused with Teflon®, these pulleys deliver exceptional mechanical tensile strength, rigidity, and natural lubrication. Their resistance to moisture, harsh chemicals, and UV exposure ensures long-lasting durability and smooth operation. Delrin® also allows for precise machining, while its inherent lubricative properties significantly reduce friction against the bicycle chain. Compared to aluminum or titanium counterparts, these pulleys exhibit notably lower drag, enhancing overall performance.
Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid Bearings incorporate Black-Oxide treated 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy races combined with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride ceramic balls filled to 90% with high-pressure, waterproof grease. The Si3N4 ceramic balls minimize bearing wear and extend service life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact inside the bearing. Additionally, the Black Oxide/Magnetite coating on the races enhances corrosion resistance, ensuring sustained, reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Designed as an upgrade for most 11-speed SRAM derailleurs, these eleven-tooth pulleys feature a 4mm bolt-hole on the upper pulley and a 5mm bolt-hole on the lower pulley. Enduro offers various configurations and performance tiers, beginning with Ceramic-Hybrid bearings, advancing to Black-Oxide treated Zero Ceramic, and culminating in the premium XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid option. Each pulley is precisely manufactured in the USA with a focus on quality and performance.
