Crafted with precision, these Black Delrin® derailleur pulleys incorporate Zero Black-Oxide coated Ceramic-Hybrid Radial Bearings to improve shifting smoothness and durability. Engineered for optimal performance, the upper pulley uses CN (tight clearance) bearings to ensure precise gear changes, while the lower pulley features C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate chain-line flexibility.
These pulleys are made from 500 AF Delrin® material, known for its exceptional tensile strength, rigidity, and natural lubricity. Highly resistant to moisture, caustic chemicals, and UV exposure, they offer outstanding durability and smooth operation. The Teflon® infusion further reduces friction when interacting with the bicycle chain, resulting in significantly less drag compared to aluminum or titanium pulleys. Additionally, 500 AF Delrin® machines with precision, ensuring clean and accurate components for superior shifting performance.
Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid Bearings combine Black-Oxide treated 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy races with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride ceramic balls, featuring 90% fill and high-pressure, waterproof grease. The Si3N4 ceramic balls minimize bearing wear and extend lifespan by eliminating metal-to-metal contact inside the bearing. The Black Oxide/Magnetite finish on the races enhances corrosion resistance for reliable, long-lasting performance. Designed with an eleven-tooth profile and 5mm bolt holes, these pulleys are an ideal upgrade for most 11-speed Shimano derailleurs.
