Crafted from White Delrin® with precision machining, these Enduro derailleur pulleys incorporate XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearings to improve shifting smoothness and durability. Engineered for optimal performance, the upper pulley uses CN tight-clearance bearings to enhance shifting precision, while the lower pulley employs C4 loose-clearance bearings to accommodate chain-line adjustment.

The 500 AF Delrin® material used for these pulleys delivers exceptional mechanical tensile strength and rigidity, along with natural lubricity and strong resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals, and UV exposure. This makes the pulleys exceptionally durable, stiff, and smooth in operation. Delrin machines with high precision and cleanliness, and its inherent Teflon® infusion significantly lowers friction when in contact with the bicycle chain. Compared to aluminum or titanium pulleys, those made from 500 AF Delrin® with Teflon® demonstrate markedly reduced drag.

An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease only runs better and smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out. It is engineered to stick to the balls and continually be pulled back into the ball path where it is needed.

The 11-tooth pulleys featuring 5mm bolt holes are engineered as an upgrade compatible with most 11-speed Shimano derailleurs. Enduro offers these derailleur pulleys in various configurations and performance tiers, including Ceramic-Hybrid, Black-Oxide treated Zero Ceramic as an intermediate option, and the premium XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid.
