These derailleur pulleys are expertly crafted from precision-machined Delrin® and equipped with XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearings to improve shifting efficiency and durability. Engineered for high performance, the upper pulley uses CN (tight clearance) bearings to optimize shifting precision, while the lower pulley incorporates C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate chain-line adjustments.
Crafted from 500 AF Delrin® infused with Teflon®, these pulleys offer exceptional mechanical strength, rigidity, and natural lubrication. This material resists moisture, harsh chemicals, and UV exposure, ensuring durability and smooth operation. Its inherent lubricative properties significantly reduce friction when engaging with the bicycle chain, resulting in noticeably lower drag compared to aluminum or titanium pulleys. Additionally, 500 AF Delrin® machines with high precision, enhancing performance and longevity.
Exclusive to Enduro Bearings, the XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings feature corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races paired with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls through a specialized manufacturing process for superior performance. Their deep-groove raceways accommodate large ceramic balls, increasing contact area to enhance durability and efficiency. Filled with 90% Kluber NBU52 grease, these bearings run smoother over time and resist washout by adhering to and continuously lubricating the ball paths. The 11-tooth pulleys, with a 4mm bolt-hole on the upper and 5mm on the lower, are designed to upgrade most 11-speed SRAM derailleurs.
