These precision-engineered Delrin® derailleur pulleys include XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearings to improve shifting smoothness and durability. Crafted for optimal performance, the upper pulley uses CN (tight clearance) bearings to enhance shifting precision, while the lower pulley employs C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate chain-line variation.

Constructed from 500 AF Delrin® infused with Teflon®, these pulleys combine exceptional mechanical tensile strength and rigidity with natural lubricity. Their resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals, and UV exposure ensures durability and consistent performance. The material's inherent low friction properties minimize drag when interacting with the bicycle chain, outperforming aluminum and titanium pulleys in smoothness and efficiency. Additionally, 500 AF Delrin® machines cleanly and precisely, making these pulleys highly reliable for demanding cycling applications.

Exclusively from Enduro Bearings, the XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings feature corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races paired with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, crafted through a proprietary process to deliver top-tier performance. Their deep-groove raceways accommodate large Grade 3 ceramic balls, enhancing contact area for superior durability and efficiency. Lubricated with 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease, these bearings become smoother over time and resist washout by adhering to the balls and continually replenishing the contact area. Designed as an upgrade for most 12-speed Shimano XTR and XT derailleurs, the pulleys have an 11-tooth upper and 12-tooth lower profile with 5mm bolt holes for compatibility.
