These precision-engineered Delrin® derailleur pulleys incorporate XD-15 ceramic-hybrid radial bearings to deliver superior shifting performance and durability. Crafted for high performance, the upper pulley includes CN (tight clearance) bearings for optimal shifting precision, while the lower pulley uses C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate chain-line movement effectively.

Constructed from 500 AF Delrin® infused with Teflon®, these pulleys exhibit exceptional mechanical strength, rigidity, and natural lubricity. Their high resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals, and UV exposure ensures long-lasting durability and smooth operation. Delrin® allows for precise machining, resulting in clean, accurate components. The Teflon® infusion significantly reduces friction between the pulley and bicycle chain, minimizing drag compared to aluminum or titanium pulleys for enhanced drivetrain efficiency.

Exclusive to Enduro Bearings, the XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings feature corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races paired with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls through a proprietary manufacturing process, delivering superior performance. The deep-groove raceways accommodate larger ceramic balls, increasing contact area for enhanced durability and efficiency. Packed with 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease, these bearings run smoother over time and resist washout by adhering to the balls and continuously returning to the contact path. This 12-tooth upper and 14-tooth lower pulley set with 5mm bolt holes is specifically designed as an upgrade for SRAM 12-speed cable-actuated Eagle derailleurs, including the XD-15 cable idler pulley.
