This ABEC-5 ceramic hybrid bearing incorporates deep-groove 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy races combined with grade 5 silicon-nitride ceramic balls. It features dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals designed to protect against external contaminants and retain 90% fill of Kluber NBU52 water-resistant, ultra-smooth grease. The Si3N4 ceramic balls minimize wear and extend bearing lifespan by preventing metal-to-metal contact inside the bearing.
This radial bearing is specifically designed for certain derailleur pulleys. The Enduro series offers options in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic hybrid, and XD-15 with either ceramic or stainless steel balls. Each bearing is engineered with the deepest possible groove races to fit the largest balls, and equipped with dual-lip seals that run in a micro-groove, forming a complete labyrinth for enhanced protection against external contaminants.
