This specially engineered bearing enables direct installation of 30mm cranks into BB86/92 frames with a restricted 41mm inner diameter bottom bracket shell. By incorporating flanged double-row bearings pressed into the shell, it doubles the number of balls per side, maximizing contact area and ensuring durability in a compact space. The Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic Balls filled at 90% density in high-pressure, waterproof grease. The ceramic balls minimize wear by eliminating steel-on-steel contact, while black oxide treatment enhances corrosion resistance and extends reliable performance.
