Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid ABEC-5 radial bearing combines black-oxide treated 52100 High-Carbon chromium alloy races with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic balls. This configuration eliminates steel-on-steel contact, significantly reducing wear while extending bearing life. The 90% fill, high-pressure waterproof grease works alongside VV lightweight contact seals to deliver superior rotational speed. The magnetite treatment provides enhanced corrosion resistance for sustained performance in demanding conditions.
This precision radial bearing serves primarily as a hub component but can function as a pivot bearing, though the MAX variant is recommended for suspension applications. Enduro bearings utilize deep groove race engineering to accommodate maximum ball size, available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and D-15 configurations with ceramic or stainless ball options. The dual-lip seal design creates a complete labyrinth effect within a micro-groove, delivering exceptional protection against environmental contaminants.
