The Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid Radial bottom bracket bearing combines Black-Oxide treated 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy races with Grade 5 Silicon-Nitride ceramic balls, filled to 90% with high-pressure, waterproof grease. The Si3N4 ceramic balls minimize wear and significantly extend bearing lifespan by preventing steel-on-steel contact. The black oxide/magnetite finish on the races enhances corrosion resistance for reliable, long-lasting performance. This bearing is widely used as a direct replacement for BB30, PF30, BB386, and most other bottom brackets with a 30mm spindle diameter.
The Enduro series offers bearings in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD15 variants, featuring either ceramic or stainless balls. Designed with the deepest groove races to accommodate the largest balls, these bearings ensure optimal performance and durability. Their dual-lip seals run within a micro-groove, creating a labyrinth seal that effectively shields against contaminants, providing superior protection in demanding conditions.
