Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid ABEC-5 radial bearing features black-oxide treated 52100 high-carbon chromium steel races paired with Grade 5 Silicon-Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic balls. Dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals protect against the elements while retaining 90% fill of Mobilux NGLI 2 high-pressure waterproof synthetic grease. The ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and extend service life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact, while the black oxide/magnetite treatment adds extra corrosion resistance for worry-free performance.
This radial bearing is commonly used as a hub bearing and can also serve as a pivot bearing, though the MAX-type version is better suited for suspension applications.
Enduro bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. All bearings are engineered with deep-groove races to accommodate the largest balls possible, and feature dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove to create a full labyrinth, offering superior protection against dirt, water, and other elements.
