Combining corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls, our bearings undergo a proprietary process for optimal results. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, resulting in increased contact area and improved performance. Featuring dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals for protection against the elements, and filled with a high-quality 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease that becomes even smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out.
