MAXhit is Enduro’s latest patent-pending innovation, where the bearing itself replaces traditional headset cups. MAXhit headset bearings press directly into your bike’s headtube, eliminating the need for aluminum cups and allowing for much larger balls that more than double load capacity compared to standard headset bearings. The kit includes a fork crown race, upper split-ring, and upper bearing cap for complete installation.
Machined entirely from 440C stainless steel and backed by a lifetime guarantee, MAXhit headset bearings feature proprietary double-lip labyrinth seals and Enduro’s extra high-pressure grease for long-lasting, heavy-duty performance.
Enduro’s headset bearing lineup begins with chromium steel, Black Oxide finish Angular Contact (A/C) bearings and progresses to full 440C stainless steel at the top tier. All bearings are engineered with the largest possible balls and dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove for superior protection against sweat and the elements. They are packed 90% with high-pressure waterproof grease for maintenance-free operation. Enduro Angular Contact bearings engage all balls evenly, spreading forces over a larger surface area to reduce wear and maximize performance.
