This radial bearing features 440C stainless steel alloy races and Grade 10 balls with dual-lip seals and 90% fill of Mobil XHP 222 high-pressure waterproof grease, designed to withstand daily use and harsh environmental conditions.

It is commonly used as a hub bearing and can also function as a pivot bearing, though the MAX-type version is better suited for suspension applications.

Not all stainless steel is created equal.

Enduro exclusively uses 440C stainless steel balls and races to provide long life and superior corrosion resistance in demanding applications. 440C stainless steel has the highest strength, hardness, and wear resistance of the standard 440-series alloys, though it has ~20% less load capacity and is slightly softer than 52100 chromium steel. This makes it ideal for wet conditions, frequent washing, or exposure to sweat.

Enduro bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15, with ceramic or stainless balls. All bearings feature deep-groove races to accommodate the largest balls and dual-lip seals riding in a micro-groove, creating a full labyrinth for maximum protection and long service life.
