Waterproof, dirt-repellent fabric with welded seams and a waterproof zip shrugs off any weather, the top zip makes it easy to load, and an inner mesh sleeve keeps things organised. It mounts with velcro straps you cut to length, and the reflective logo adds a little visibility after dark.
