It features a 65% thicker axle redesigned for improved stress distribution, larger 6903 bearings, and a new labyrinth channel with a full-contact radial lip seal to block contaminants that cause premature bearing wear. The updated design ensures consistent bearing preload despite axle tightness variations. Larger 5.5mm pawl pockets dissipate force 26% more effectively, reducing stretching over time. Stronger drivering metal and an added tooth per pawl guarantee reliable performance under the highest torque from powerful e-bike motors, delivering a hub built to endure the toughest riding conditions.
