The ATOP wire lacing system makes this tube strap the most secure available anywhere. While tube straps that use velcro mounting have decent bonding strength, over time lint, dirt and other grime can build up in the hooks as your ride, compromising performance. The ATOP dial allows you to have a stronger adjustable strap while cutting down on material to reduce weight to the minimum possible.
