3C MaxxTerra
This configuration is commonly found in mountain tires and is known as an intermediate compound. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and provides greater traction compared to 3C MaxxSpeed, while also delivering improved treadwear and reduced rolling resistance compared to MaxxGrip.
EXO+
The EXO+ construction utilizes both SilkShield and EXO, two top-performing materials for puncture protection. The SilkShield layer spans from bead-to-bead, while the sidewalls are reinforced with EXO. Together, they form EXO+ and enhance tread puncture protection by 27%, sidewall durability by 51%, and resistance to pinch flats by 28%.
