KEY FEATURES

• RUBBERS : MICHELIN has applied extensive expertise to develop these advanced compounds, enabling mountain bikers to achieve the ideal balance of grip, efficiency, and durability. The compounds vary in shore hardness: a lower index indicates a softer rubber, while a higher index corresponds to a harder compound.
• BI-COMPOUND : A range of rubber compounds specifically engineered for Enduro applications, delivering exceptional grip.
• CASING-REINFORCEMENTS : A tyre’s casing consists of threads whose thickness varies by tyre model, balancing durability, flexibility, efficiency, and weight. Higher thread counts mean finer threads, resulting in a lighter tyre, while lower counts use thicker threads for increased strength. TPI (Threads Per Inch) measures thread density. Michelin SHIELD CASING enhances sidewall protection with an extra ply extending from bead to bead, improving resistance to external damage and reducing punctures from impacts or pinching.
• The 2x150 TPI casing offers a combination of lightness,  durability, and strength through a high-density reinforcement ply. Additionally, the 4x150 TPI construction delivers enhanced pinch protection to guard against tread and sidewall damage.

• TUBELESS READY : Tubeless Ready tyres can be mounted without an inner tube when paired with a tubeless-compatible wheel, ensuring the maximum pressure is not surpassed, sealant is applied, and tyre pressure is verified before every ride.
