This precision CNC-machined aluminum tool is designed for the installation and removal of select threaded bottom brackets with 16-notch fittings, including Shimano® Ultegra® BBR60 and Deore XT® MT-800 models. Manufactured in-house by Park Tool, it is anodized for easy identification and features a 3/8" drive compatible with ratchets and torque wrenches.
The BBT-59.3 includes integrated threads for seamless compatibility with the Park Tool BBT-RS Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System (sold separately). The BBT-RS utilizes an adjustable spring-based tension system to apply consistent pressure, ensuring secure engagement with the tool fitting and preventing slippage during use.
