The BKD-1.2 Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit is compatible with most DOT fluid-based hydraulic disc brakes, including models from SRAM®, Formula®, Hayes®, and Hope®. Bleeding the brakes helps remove air bubbles and contaminants from the system, ensuring optimal performance and extending the lifespan of the components.
The BKD-1.2 is designed to handle the demands of daily commercial use. It includes two syringes, hoses with shutoff clips, multi-size bleed blocks, and our unique mountable syringe holders. The kit also comes with various hose fittings to accommodate the different standards found in hydraulic bicycle brake systems. All parts are replaceable and available from Park Tool, and the kit is neatly stored in a durable, rugged storage case for easy organization and transport.

NOTE: The BKD-1.2 is for DOT fluid-based hydraulic bicycle brake systems only. DOT fluid and mineral oil should never be mixed in the brake system or in their respective service tools.
