The HBH-3 keeps handlebars securely in place on all bikes and can be used for various purposes such as brake bleeding, cable and housing routing, and lever adjustment. This product's articulating clamps and adjustable straps allow for easy attachment in a multitude of positions on handlebars, seatposts, frames, forks, and repair stands. Made of anodized aluminum with soft rubber straps.
