Designed specifically for wider, carbon blades, the ParkTool SG-8 Threadless Saw Guide allows for precise cutting of 1" (25.4mm), 1-1/8" (28.6mm), and 1-1.4" (31.8mm) threadless fork steerer tubes. It also works well for cutting handlebars and other round tubes between 22mm and 33mm in diameter. Simply attach it to the tube and let it guide the hacksaw blade for a straight, clean cut. The SG-8's body is made of a non-scratch composite with steel threads and reinforcing plate, making it durable for heavy use in the shop. It can accommodate blades up to 2.5mm (3/32") wide.
