Compound: The SmartEVO² compound represents the latest development in high-performance racing tyre technology. Building on the original SmartEVO blend of three advanced polymers, it incorporates new materials and refined mixing processes developed at Pirelli’s Italian production facility near its global R&D center. This results in enhanced grip—particularly in wet conditions—and significantly lower rolling resistance, meeting the performance demands of elite World Tour riders.
Carcass: SpeedCORE™ is a cutting-edge tubeless-ready construction created by Pirelli for high-performance cycling tyres. Drawing from automotive expertise and produced in Italy near the company’s Milan headquarters, it features a thin, airtight rubber layer reinforced with aramid particles. This structure improves durability, air retention, and flexibility, contributing to superior overall tyre performance.
