The P ZERO™ Race TLR RS is the latest member of our P ZERO™ Race road racing tire lineup, manufactured in Italy. Developed in collaboration with professional athletes from our World Tour teams, it offers superior speed and grip compared to any previous tire we have made. This performance is achieved through the new SmartEVO² compound, created using motorsport expertise and the latest materials, enhancing grip and handling on both dry and wet roads. Additionally, the patented SpeedCORE™ structure has been lightened, featuring a thin, airtight rubber layer reinforced with aramid particles. Together, these innovations deliver a high-performance tire that is faster for competitors and provides the same technology for riders seeking pro-level performance.

COMPOUND
The SmartEVO² compound is our latest development in high-performance racing bicycle tires, improved with insights from motorsport and the requirements of modern World Tour racing. It evolves from the original SmartEVO blend of three “smart” polymers, using new materials and innovative mixing techniques, made possible at our Italian manufacturing plant near our global R&D headquarters. The result is better overall grip, particularly on wet surfaces, and record-level low rolling resistance for its category, enhancing both performance and handling to the standards demanded by the fastest World Tour racers.

STRUCTURE
SpeedCORE™ is a pioneering tubeless-ready design developed by Pirelli (Patent Pending) for high-performance cycling tires, representing our most advanced TLR technology yet. Inspired by Pirelli’s automotive expertise and produced at our new facility in Italy near our Milan headquarters, SpeedCORE™ features a thin, airtight rubber layer infused with aramid particles. This layer improves mechanical strength, air retention, and flexibility, all of which contribute to the tire’s overall performance.
