Is there a specific left/right?
Yep! When installed you will want the clamp bolts toward the rear of the bike for ease of access, when adjusting.

What size handlebars do these fit?
These Loam grips are compatible with most mountain bike/flat handlebars featuring a standard 22.2mm grip end, including those with a center clamp size of 31.8mm or 35mm.
