Engineered to operate with a motor drive rather than traditional cable mechanisms, this all-new system ushers in a new era of cycling performance. The use of AXS-powered components empowers riders to personalize and scale their experience using the convenient AXS app. With a reduced cage length of 10mm increased ground clearance and enhanced chain wrap, the Derailleur positions itself slightly more forward and inboard than the mechanical EAGLE™ counterpart.

The EAGLE™ AXS Derailleur boasts remarkable resilience, safeguarding itself from stress with its remarkable Overload Clutch mechanism. In the event of a crash, the motor gearbox disengages, granting the Derailleur the freedom to move. It seamlessly returns to its original position, ensuring an uninterrupted riding experience. Rigorously researched and designed, this system maintains water and dust resistance standards, accommodating creek crossings, mud exposure, and post-ride cleaning.

AXS

AXS is SRAM's innovative integration system connecting electronic bicycle components and software. Through the SRAM AXS app, riders gain insights into battery status, adjust component behaviour, customize controls, receive maintenance alerts, and update the firmware.

Cage Lock

Experience swift and simple wheel removal and installation with the advanced Cage Lock technology in the rear derailleur. A mere push of the cage creates slack, effortlessly locking it in position.

Roller Bearing Clutch

The Roller Bearing Clutch technology eliminates derailleur bounce and chain slap, preserving precision without compromise.
