Simple pleasures, off-road, on a drop-bar rig. The Reserve 22 is a gravel-specific carbon wheel that gives compliance over harsh surfaces with the lateral stiffness to make every effort count. This is the 700c front wheel on a DT Swiss 350 hub, 100x12 Centrelock.
The 22mm internal width fits tyres from 30c up to 45c, so you can run a wide range of tyres and pressures for real versatility, from fast road-ish gravel to rougher tracks.
Reserve wheels are built on carbon rims that set strength and impact resistance as the first priority, without the harsh, wooden ride that gives some carbon rims a bad name off-road. Thick rim beads shrug off heavy hits, and Santa Cruz only makes off-road bikes, so everything about Reserve comes from knowing what riders need on the trail. Every Reserve wheel and rim is backed by a lifetime warranty, the same as Santa Cruz frames.
