Item had an issue seating and half the tyre would leak. Schwalbe were not interested in helping to resolve the issue by replacing it just kept asking more and more questions and wasting my time asking me to reseat the tyre, change the valve, change the sealant when it was clear the issue was the tyre - A Maxxis was procured through a proper retailer and seated perfectly on the same rim. First time and last time buying anything Schwalbe and 2nd and last time from Crooze who were useless had to keep chasing them and resending them photos and info on the tyre. Don't have many issues with MTB gear but when i did they both were hopeless. Gave up in the end after 2 months.
