For optimal use of the EN Carbon Rail (CRB) saddle, ensure your seat-post meets the following criteria: it must allow precise saddle adjustment (see fig.1) and avoid any sharp edges that could weaken the frame (fig.2). The jaws should match the saddle frame’s external profile to provide broad and even contact (fig.3), with a contact area exceeding 8 cm². The jaws must engage the saddle frame over at least 32 mm in length (fig.3), and their coupling surfaces should be parallel and symmetrical (fig.4). Additionally, the jaws must not deform or damage the saddle frame. For lateral clamp seat-posts, use jaws designed to accommodate the 7.0 x 9.0 mm carbon fiber saddle frame profile (fig.5).
