The EN Carbon Rail (CRB) seat-post must meet the following criteria for optimal saddle performance: it should allow precise saddle positioning (fig.1) and avoid sharp edges that could damage frame integrity (fig.2). The jaws must match the saddle frame’s external shape to ensure a broad contact area (fig.3), with a minimum contact surface of 8cm² and a connection length of at least 32mm (fig.3). Coupling surfaces should be symmetrical and parallel (fig.4) without causing deformation or damage. For lateral clamp seat-posts, use jaws designed to fit the 7.0x9.0mm carbon fiber saddle frame profile (fig.5).
